What sets you apart
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science or equivalent in IT
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of Information Technology
- Significant experience as an Agile Coach
- Agile Certification: Scrum Master (CSM-CSMA, CSP-SM), Product Owner, SAFe
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles and their practical applications
- Ability to work collaboratively and positively influence teams
What You Will Do
- Ensure the transformation and continuous improvement of work practices
- Work closely with development teams, project management, and stakeholders to promote the adoption of Agile principles and ensure the success of initiatives
- Facilitate and support the implementation of Agile practices within the project
- Coach teams in the adoption of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Organize and conduct training sessions on Agile principles
- Provide ongoing support to teams to improve their performance and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address obstacles to agility
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented Agile practices
- Develop the skills of leaders and team members (coordinate training, coach team leaders in the Lean-Agile posture, and use flow metrics)
