What sets you apart
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent in IT
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of information technology
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Advanced Scrum certification (A-CSM, CSP-SM) would be an asset
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and motivate the team
- In-depth knowledge of agile methods and Scrum
What You Will Do
- Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as planning meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
- Guide the development team and Product Owner in the effective implementation of Scrum
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders
- Support the team in delivering planned increment objectives
- Manage and optimize the flow of delivered value
