The Pixsense team continues to grow, and we are on the lookout for our next colleague. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational and functional requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and contribute to the design and implementation of effective solutions.
What sets you apart
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- Considerable professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and management principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Practical experience in using data analysis tools and process modeling
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
What you will do
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to identify operational and functional needs
- Develop detailed specifications of requirements and business processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in the design and documentation of business processes and workflows
- Conduct profitability analyses and feasibility assessments for business initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems by identifying optimization opportunities
- Provide support and expertise to functional teams during solution implementation
