What sets you apart

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, human resources, or reception
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (GSuite)
  • Flexibility regarding the types of tasks required

 

What you will do

 

Administrative Management

  • Handling emails and phone calls
  • Receiving supplier invoices
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Monitoring executive agendas
  • Managing administrative documents
  • Preparing files for responding to calls for tenders


Logistics Management

  • Managing purchases of equipment and office supplies
  • Preparing for the arrival of new employees
  • General services (ensuring the workspace functions properly and is well-maintained)
  • Occasional travel to meet clients or attend events

 

Communication

  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Writing communications, emails, and posts for social media
  • Communicating with suppliers and clients
